Description
adding/editing a new item and clicking 'SAVE'
+ Item Created/Item Edit
adding/editing a new item and clicking 'SAVE AND PUBLISH'
+ Item Created/Item Edit
+ Item Published
import officers:
+ Item Created: User /username/ imported officer /name/
+ Item Published
add new user account in admin list:
+ User Created
+ User Updated
Files
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Feedback
Move item publish:
+ Item Edit
+ Item Published
Move item unpublish
+ Item Edit
+ Item UnPublished
Transfer item publish:
+ Item edited (the old path)
+ Item edited (the new path)
+ Item published (the new path)
Transfer item unpublish:
+ Item edited (the old path)
+ Item edited (the new path)
Transfer item draft:
+ Item edited (the old path)
+ Item edited (the new path)
SORT:
Click 'SAVE AND PUBLISH':
If org/officer group is published before sort:
+ Item Edit
+ Item Published (the paths of the child item)
If org/officer group is unpublished before sort:
+ Item Edit
+ Item Published (the path of the group)
+ Item Published (the path of the child item)
Click 'SAVE':
+ Item Edit
- Status changed from Feedback to In Progress
When deleting a group, the audit trail should log both the action of deleting the group and the action of deleting all items within that group
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
